I was almost compelled to endorse this place, but alas, the noise was unbearable, and the breakfast was barely enough. The hotel has no evening dining despite its 'great location. ' Sadly, I expected a complimentary room upgrade for my troubles and was left disappointed. Truly underwhelming! If only they cared enough, I could have praised them.

The air conditioning is a mystery!!! The limited size of room windows makes it hard to appreciate the view. Navigating the entry to the parking area is unnecessarily complicated!!!

Truly enjoyed our time here. It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with excellent shower and nice view, as example and that's great. Location: the hotel was near breakfast areas and the Old Town and Stari Most and Close to the center of town. The lunch in Restoran Harmonija very close to the venue had every choice imaginable...

Exceptional service offered, nicely decorated room with a great shower and spacious bathroom plus a huge balcony. Warm and extensive breakfast with pastries and local food and delicious local specialties.

I've seen better, but worse too
Very nice location near all main attractions. The staff were cute and really helped plan our sightseeing. Lovely breakfast with delicious food quality!
Rooms can be pretty noisy at night due to nearby traffic. Some bathroom fixtures were less than ideal, showing signs of wear and tear.

Just a good pick for a city escape in Mostar with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff was super helpful, giving us tips on where to eat local food that ended up being delicious. Make sure to explore nearby attractions by foot to fully enjoy the area.

The spacious twin room was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast buffet really hit the spot with its variety. I loved relaxing in the garden area after a day of exploring. The fast wifi made it easy to plan my next adventure. The only hiccup was a minor issue with the shower, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. definitely check out the pastries at breakfast! 😊
